Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy (Canada and United States)
We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us to initiate a return or exchange. All returns shipping charges are at the customer's expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at info@yavarstore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or eligible for a refund.


United States Returns:  
Customers based in the United States are responsible for purchasing and providing their own shipping label to return items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you and confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


US and International Return and Refund Exceptions

For customers located in the United States, please note that once your order has been shipped from Canada and accepted by the United States Postal Service (USPS), Yavar Luxury Marketplace is not responsible for any delays, losses, or delivery errors that occur while the package is in USPS custody. This includes orders that possess purchased or included tracking options.

If your package is lost or undelivered, you must first file a missing mail claim directly with USPS. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide documentation confirming that (1) a report has been filed with USPS and (2) USPS was unable to locate or resolve the issue with your package.

Once verified, we will honour the full value of your order through a replacement or store credit. Please note that all replacement shipments will be sent at the customer’s expense, including any applicable shipping and customs fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items that are not reported for defect within 14 days of purchase and/or delivery can not be returned or refunded.
